everything will be alright

So, after googling about a bit in reminiscing the good ol' SWG days, I stumbled across this site, which recreates the Character Builder for the original SWG. This was literally the exact same site (not sure if it's the same url, but it could be, and is definitely the same info/layout) that I used to build my little Rifleman/Ranger combo (with Medic/First Aid I for minor self heals!) way back when, before I had a PC that could run the game, before I even owned a copy of the game. Just look at how wonderfully varied and complex that set up is, just... wow. Memoriiiiiiiiiiiies~

I promise that some day I'll stop talking about this, sorry. XD

Also, just got a tweet while I was writing this out, and now I want to go to PAX East even more to see what the SWTOR announcement there is going to be about. Hopefully a release date! :D

Warning: this is gonna be a big ol' post about MMOs and my thoughts on the ones I used to play, the ones I do play, and the ones I want to play. Feel free to skip it if you're so inclined; I'll even tuck it all behind a nice little cut for y'all. :) I know, I know, I owe everyone a big post on my Christmas trip and I still need to finish that 10 day meme that got cut off by my flight back home, and I will, soon. But for now, this is what's on my mind.

So yeah, that's all I have to say about that. Wow, if anyone (myself included) is able to actually read all of that, I'll be surprised. XD tl;dr: I have spent a LOT of time playing MMOs and am conflicted with my present situation, and am looking forward to a change in the future. :)

Wow, I spent over an hour on that and still have so much more I could add/change about that, haha, but no, need sleep. Didn't mean to be ranting on this long, whoops. *hops into bed!*

So, yeah. Tonight was kinda weird. I had fun and all, and got a lot done in Star Wars Galaxies, by the way. Even got some roleplaying in, and a nice, long chat with some cool peeps. But it was kind of odd, I don't know what it is. I've been feeling a little off lately, and it's still there. Hmmm. Oh well, it's nothing bad I don't think, just... weird. We'll see how tomorrow goes, I guess.

I had to shovel for TWO HOURS to get to work this morning. Gah! I don't want to shovel at all tomorrow if I can help it. My back is seriously hurting, my arms too. Stupid snow. It's not supposed to snow all weekend either, which probably means it'll be back for Monday. >.<

Well, it's almost 5am. Think I'll read for a little bit in bed before sleeping. I miss reading, I really should do more of it I think. *nods*

So, I was pretty bummed out earlier. But it's nice to have friends to talk to about stuff. Like bunnytough and beanarie. Yay! :D If not for them, this post would probably be all angsty,. >.>

Got back into Star Wars Galaxies today, and omg, I remember why I love the game. So much fun! Yay for afternoons off too, wihch enabled me to play a lot. My back and arms were still sore today from shovelling so much yesterday. I got wrangled into helping a girl from work to shovel her driveway last night too, which was looooooong. But she has a bad back, so I didn't want her to hurt herself again and all.

Looks like it's really stormy out now too. Will there be work tomorrow? omg I hope not, which means there likely will be. But Friday's are never that bad, really, and it's Casual Friday so I can wear my jeans. w00t!

I should probably go to bed now. It's been a nice day of playing games and sending many text messages. May tomorrow bring more of the same! :)

So, I signed up for Star Wars Galaxies again. The same game that absolutely dominated my existance last March - July or so hehe. I even got my column back, hehe. And when I logged into my Warcry mail account I had 1,360 e-mails in the ol' inbox. x.x My best friend, who lives far away, was the main reason I started it, and since we stopped playing I haven't talked to him much. So when I finally got a hold of him yesterday and he said he was playing again, it got me back into it. Hopefully this means we'll be talking more now. :D

I have my very first hearing on Tuesday, it's kind of nerve wracking. I've got all weekend and Monday to prepare, but still. It'll be my first time both examining and cross-examining witnesses. And custody / access / spousal and child support are all in issue. So I really don't want to mess this up. :/

But enough about that... I finally made a list of all my DVDs, since a lot of my friends are always asking me for what I have so they can borrow them. Now I can just forward them a list and be done with it, hehe. Yay!

Well, back to watching the last half of The Daily Show before going to bed. OH YEAH. And angelinrunes is awesome! ♥!
