canadiandiamondSo, that's it. No more Veronica Mars. I never thought I'd be this disappointed about it, since it's been threatened of being cancelled since the middle of season one or so, and maybe part of me thought it'd bounce back like it always did, but apparently not this time. And tonight's episodes, just... ok, time for a cut so I don't spoil things for people.
Even though I knew that this was going to be both the season and the series finale tonight, I was hoping since they knew this as well that they could somehow give us some closure / tie things up as best they could on short notice. Sadly, that wasn't meant to be.
I really hope this means there's going to be 1-2 episodes (or more) on the 3rd season DVD set that were taped but just not aired, though I don't think that's the case. I mean, if they were shot then why not air them? Not much point in showing 20 episodes and then stopping I suppose, but still, I want more. Especially after that last one, holy crap. Keith being charged for evidence tampering, the Kanes back into the picture, Logan going all crazy, everybody up in the air with no real resolution, gah.
Ugh. I can't talk about it any more, it's all too fresh. Suffice it to say that I am not happy. :/
