canadiandiamondWell, today went better than I thought. I still have a lot to do, but I got some direction from the boss on where to go next. Also had supper at the annual Chamber of Commerce meeting, where we had a nice meal and listened to an interesting speaker. Good times.
I finished America: The Book over the weekend and the first Dark Tower book last night. Go me! I usually start a ton of books and take forever to get through them, but I finally finished a few. I still have a bunch open, but now I'm going to try and focus on just one. This time it's Choice of the Cat, the next book in this Vampire Earth series which I'm diggin' right now. Word.
The weekend is almost here, yay! This makes me happy. And I'm going to bed slightly earlier than usual, which is good. Though it's only about 30 minutes earlier than I've been going all week, but it's an improvement. I know I'll be up late tomorrow though I think, Thursday nights are usually like that because I know Friday is casual day and I don't have to get up so early to get dressed up in the suit and whatnot. Woohoo! This weekend I have no plans at all, so maybe I can get some rp-ing done, work more on the reading and also do some other things that I've put off over and over again. We'll see anyway.
Speaking of rping, I'm riding a crest of it now, heh. Not sure how long until I hit another trough, but it's going well at the moment. Especially with t_g!Jamie, he's moved quickly up the echelon of Jeff's favourite characters. :D
