frito_kal at So I'm not watching the Super Bowl...Even if I liked football, due to PTSD regarding a miscarriage when I was nineteen I will be not be watching the Super Bowl. (I usually go to a Super Bowl party, at least I have the last few years) It'd be a pretty swell thing if the rest of you would also refuse to watch it and be public about why you're not watching it.

A lack of sex education, readily available birth control and being very very heavily pressured into sex while I was a sheltered naive girl led to an unwanted pregnancy, and a miscarriage at 24 weeks. All those commericals do, all those pictures do is make me EVEN MORE determined to support and promote sex education, birth control and yes, abortions - for women. All women, anywhere. So that no woman -ever- has to go through the epic shit I did.
Brb, going to donate some more money to Planned Parenthood.
