My left eye is twitching / throbbing a little bit, kinda hard to describe. It's not a good idea to try and self-diagnose this via Google, is it? Not late at night and being the hypochondriac that I am.

Crazy updates after not updating in ages ftw, y/n? >.>

[eta] Pretty sure now it's stress and/or staring at a computer screen way too darn much lately. And if it's not the PC it's the iPad, or the phone. Been trying to cut down on that anyway so all the more reason to do so now.

Try a cold compress on it for a while, and watch your ambient light while you're on the screen - avoid it being too bright or too dark around you while you're online?

Good call, it seems to have settled down after a good night's rest but will do that if/when it comes back. I'll watch the lighting situation too - I don't think it's usually a problem but sometimes late at night the only light on is from the monitor, so that's not good. Thanks! :)

I come from a long history of eye strain and my mother yelling at me for reading in dim light. ;)
