1. A cute voice. Definitely a nice thing, don't ask me why, it just is.
2. Pony tails. Again, I don't know. Could maybe be traced back to my preference for the girl next door type / Betty over Veronica maybe? Hmm.
3. Being touched. It may sound obvious or come across as inappropriate, but I don't mean it that way. With my wife, I enjoy it so much when we're together and miss it so much when we're not. Just chalk it up to one of those little things so many people can take for granted on a daily basis but some of us can't, I guess. It factors in a lot for me I guess because, well, I don't get touched a lot, especially when we're apart. There's the odd hug from some of my female friends in the city, if I've not seen them in awhile, but that's it apart when I'm not with my wife. Just a pat on the hand, or back, or whatever, just human contact, it's nice. Of course it means something completely different when coming from my wife than my friends, but I miss it on an innocuous, daily level too.
