canadiandiamondAnother weekend has come and (almost) gone. This one was pretty nice and relaxing. I didn't do much Friday night, I actually even cleaned up a little bit and enjoyed having the house to myself for awhile. believeitup got home and I got to spend some time with her in LOTRO and with onlyonechoice too, which was nice. I didn't stay up super late and got a great night's sleep, which was nice too.
Saturday was more of the same, really. I got up late, listened to music and just hung out, struggled with NaNo for a bit, and then when my lovely fiancée got home from work we played some more LOTRO until late into the night. It was a pretty fun night, we got a lot accomplished, and even though I didn't get everything I wanted to do done, I still had fun, andbelieveitup had an amaaaaaazing night which I will not steal her thunder and go into further detail on, hehe. Suffice it to say that she is awesome and amazing and I am so lucky to have her in my life. ♥
Today I slept in later than I wanted to, really, and I'm at the office now, where I've been packing up things for Court tomorrow and half heartedly working on some letters I need to send out. I've actually done most of the work, which was a pleasant surprise, I just needed to tweak a few things, so that's lead to less work and more surfing and ordering books on Amazon, oops, even if it's not for me, heh. I'm heading home in a bit and will likely watch more hockey and rip some more of my CDs onto my iPod until my better half gets home and we get to spend time together before we both hit the hay and get ready for the ever dreaded Monday morning. This week marks the launch of the first LOTRO expansion though and a huge revamp / addition of new content, so it should be a great week.
