Well, today was certainly busy for me. After court this morning, I talked with the other lawyers and they decided to go golfing this afternoon. In order to make the tee time, I worked through lunch and left an hour early. It was my first time playing an actual round, instead of just visiting the driving range. It went well, though it's haaaaard. I lost four balls too, but I found three, and lost two of those. So my next loss was three balls, hehe. I lost all of the new ones I brought with me, two of them after just one shot, back to back. First new ball, off the tee and into the woods. Second new one shot right after that, and into the woods on the other side, lost. Grrrr. Oh well, it was fun though. :)

Then after that, I got invited to tag along with a group to see Dukes of Hazzard. It was cheap night, so $4 admission + the fact that no one ever asks me to do stuff = me going to see a movie I'd normally never think about seeing otherwise. And yes, it sucked, big time. But oh well, it was nice to be social for a change. A very social day, as a lot of golf was just sitting around waiting for other people to move ahead and chatting. Good times. :D

Too bad I have to work tomorrow... is it bad that I want to call in sick one of these mornings and sleep in? My throat has been a little sore, but nothing to keep me away from work really. I just feel like using half a sick day 'cause all my vacation time is basically used up. ^^;; We'll see how that goes I guess, hehe.

Oh! And I ordered a tv tuner for my computer, so I can record stuff and watch it later. I don't have a VCR, and this is actually cheaper than buying one. Plus I won't need VCR tapes and I can burn off stuff if I want to save it. I should get it in the mail next week, it should be great! :D
