I don't know if it counts as a challenge, but for a long time now I've wanted to run a fic exchange on AO3 centered around fic that meets the Bechdel test. I even made a collection there, but I have no real idea on how to organize or run an exchange, so that's as far as I've gotten with it. Which is to say nowhere.

So I guess my challenge would be for someone to do that, haha, or just to write more female-centric fic in general. I love the Misses Clause challenge in Yuletide for that very reason, and love to browse through that tag in the collection each year.

That's an intriguing premise for a challenge. I have no experience running anything, but I think it would be a good one to participate in, should it happen. Maybe apprentice to the runners of a challenge like femslashex?
