Mreh.

Subject line says it all, really. Just a mreh feeling lately, and nothing for it. Satellite radio nailed it when I got in the car this morning to drive into work and it was playing Soul Asylum's "Misery" - frustrated incorporated. Randomly, should listen to more of them, have an itch to put their Grave Dancers Union album on after work. Hmm.

Slowly getting things done in the office is helping, thankfully, and hopefully by the day's I'll have a lot of the small things that keep building up done and out the door. That'll be a big help, since a lot of that's been bugging me since I came back to work.

I still keep forgetting to finish that meme, but last night before the mreh set in and before going to bed I cleaned up my desktop (was such a mess, covered with icons, ugh) and weeded out the pictures I meant to use for it, so hopefully I can throw those up here soon and finish the darn thing once and for all, heh. XD

Day Nine: Two images that describe your life right now, and why.
Day Ten: One confession.

So, for Day Nine, we have:

Simon!
Because that was how I felt that day, just... did not want to move. Specifically, did not want to move back to Canada, heh, and did not want to leave my wife or my cat. I was also tired that day and was fighting off the flu, and just, yeah. Simon was a perfect representation of how his dad felt that day, so I snapped a pic.

Take-off!
And this one is obvious, it was me thinking about flying out the next day. That's pretty on the nose, I guess, but these are the two images I had in mind to post on Day Nine, but I couldn't download them from the camera / the internet on my iPad, so here they are. :)

And for Day Ten: it's a lame confession but all I can think to add is that, well, I probably should've paid more for duty when I came back across the border this trip, heh. What with all the gifts I got and stuff I bought, yeah. Though it's worth noting that when I bought my PC there a few years ago, I think... yeah, that was probably close to what I spent/got this time, and I only paid, what, $20-odd in duty? So not that bad at all, but I'm boring and that's all I have to offer. Sorry! XD
