Yes, the size of the game can be a problem. As I mentioned before, I have to play in very limited doses, and at times I've had to stop mid-dungeon. So, I'm often looking for that 'checkpoint' message to find a spot I can stop when I can't complete full quests.
Loving the game, though. Diablo 1 and 2 I bought but barely played, because I wasn't much interested in 'kill bad guys, take their stuff'. Diablo 3, (which I got free with my WoW subscription), however, I find I'm loving that aspect. :) (It does help that the story is more indepth too.)
Currently I'm still in Act 1, but nearing the end of it.
